Please provide detailed information on the problem. This should include the name of the product, version, your operating system, and the specific problem. If the product generated an error file, please submit that as well.
With email, technical support issues can be more accurately resolved and tracked in our internal technical support system. It also gives us more time to understand the entire problem and allows our technical support staff to contact the developers with the entire story when necessary.
